With fuel prices reaching record levels, Saudi Arabia has proposed an energy summit of producers and consumers to address the issue of rising oil prices, the causes and how to deal with them. The Kingdom has consistently argued that “the increase in prices isn’t justified in terms of market fundamentals,” a view reiterated by Saudi King Abdullah at yesterday's Cabinet meeting.
